ABOUT US
Jaff Holding has undergone a series of re-structure over the last ten years with levels of investments made to secure our long term growth, supply and storage facilities of refined bitumen for our core export business operations.
We began our business with supplying bitumen for the Iraq road construction domestic market with tanker trucks.
From 1996 through a series of strategic agent partnerships we were receiving requests to supply bitumen in bulk, steel drums & jumbo bags for Africa, & Asia. We have since added fuel oil as another product available to market, and our exports into China primarily have increased considerably over the years.

Our head office is situated in Erbil, Northern Iraq with further sales operation offices located in Bagdad & Basra forming a spine through Iraq.
Jaff Holding also owns storage tank farm facilities close to Basra port.
We are proud to be invested with Ure Oil refinery in Iraq and have signed a long term supply agreement ensuring that Jaff Holding stake in Ure Oil Refinery will helps us to meet all our expectations & requirements for various graded bitumen for the maintenance to our international clients highways for years to come.
Our primary export markets are South East Asia, Africa & Indian sub continent. Our next step will be to offer our high quality refined bitumen and road construction binding products to the UK & European markets.
